Description

This poster introduces the archiving workflow established at the Data Center for the Humanities (DCH) at the University of Cologne for those cases where accessibility of research data is not desired and findability is optional. This workflow allows us to archive research data in a structured, automated way on storage from infrastructure providers at the University. In this way, the research data is sustainably stored but not findable and accessible (dark archiving) or, optionally, its metadata is published and findable (cold archiving).
