Leadership Competency - a Cross Sectional Study with Medical Graduates in a University of China from the Transformational Perspective

A total of 851 medical graduate freshmen from seven hospitals affiliated to Capital Medical University (CMU) participated in this study. A survey was conducted to assess their leadership competency from three different perspectives using Socially Responsible Leadership Scale (SRLS), Emotionally Intelligent Leadership for students Inventory (EILI) and the Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI).
