This database has been built by the authors with the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union under Grant number 590521-EPP-1-2017-1-ES-SPO-SC.

The data has been collected from the websites of the national federations of Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Spain, and the United Kingdom in 2018 and in 2022.
