nkoshimoto/genstars: A Tool for Stellar Population Synthesis toward the Galactic Bulge

This initial release provides a tool for a stellar population synthesis in our Galaxy using the Galactic model optimized for the bulge direction developed by Koshimoto, Baba, and Bennett (2021), ApJ, 917, 78, and a forthcoming paper.

The copyright of an included supplementary code, "option.c", belongs to Ian A. Bond and Takahiro Sumi.
