THERMAL-ENERGETIC ANALYSIS OF A POLICY HOUSING PROTOTYPE WITH DIFFERENT ORIENTATIONS IN 3 LOCATIONS FROM ARGENTINA

“Casa Propia” is mortgage credit line financed by the state within the public housing policy PROCREAR. This program allows houses construction based on the choice of a prototype. The objective of this work is to analyze the energy requirement of two of the eight prototypes available for this credit. The analysis is carried out in a four possible sites matrix with different orientations on three localities of Argentina. The conclusions address the multiplicity of possible scenarios regarding the energy requirement of homes due to the lack of consideration of the climatic context.
