Plans for dissemination, communication and exploitation

The present Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation plan is prepared within the
Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation of Results Work Package (WP8) of the SECANT
project. This document is a deliverable, entitled D8.2: Plans for dissemination, communication, and
exploitation, to be submitted to the European Commission (EC) by Month 3 (November 2021) of the
SECANT Project.
This deliverable serves as handbook for use by the SECANT partners to be able to, more efficiently,
disseminate and communicate the consortium results towards SME’s, vertical industries, academia
or industry researchers, general press, technical or non-technical audiences as well as the general
public. Therefore, it is more focused on the Dissemination and Communication aspects of the
consortium outreach activities. A crucial task of WP8 concerns the design of a robust exploitation
plan on which the consortium will start working by Month 5 (January 2022) and will be reported on
future deliverables (D8.3 through D8.5).
The Dissemination and Communication plan will ensure that all communication and dissemination
needs from various WPs and the project are considered and coordinated. It includes all the
information needed to facilitate the communication efforts of the SECANT project partners. It also
includes subtasks as the identification of various stakeholders, the kick-off of liaisons with them as
well as dissemination and communication guidelines for the partners to follow.
