Table containing manipulated data from the OP monochromatic data tables, that is used for computing the Rosseland mean opacity and radiative levitation when "op_mono_method = 'mombarg' ". 

Columns: Z, temperature index, electron density index, electrons per atom, mean molecular weight, monochromatic opacities (10000x), stimulated emission factors (10000x)
