This archive contains the annotated Jupyter-notebook (10fold-inference-final.ipynb), associated python scripts, trained Neural Network-weights and some data samples for the Neural Network component of the paper "Deep ocean learning of small-scale turbulence" by  Ali Mashayek, Nick Reynard, Fangming Zhai , Kaushik Srinivasan, Adam Jelley , Alberto Naveira Garabato , Colm-cille P. Caulfield to appear in Geophysical Research Letters (2022)
