The training session consisted of two main parts. Part 1 consisted of a general introduction to AOPs and an example of the process of turning real research into an AOP. Part 2 focused on the AOPwiki, with a tour of the website and then a more formal introduction to the submission process. Handouts of the submission form was distributed among the participants.
