Description

Total internal reflection time series recordings on Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii cells gliding on a glass surface. The dataset includes calcium signaling of pf2 PF2-GcAMP6 cells as well a recordings of IFT46-mNeonGreen cells during ciliary wedge blocking experiments in calcium abundant and calcium depleted media. Processed Kymograms of IFT recordings are provided.
