method_bin: binarized data (tissue read count > 0, value = 1; tissue read count == 0, value = 0)
method_global: global normalization data (tissue read count/total read count * 1 billion)
method_local: local normalization data (tissue read count/marker read count)
trainset_normalized: value normalized by the trainset. The normalization is to convert the trainset value between 0 and 1.
