PECULIARITIES OF INSPECTION ON THE FACTS OF REPORTING ON THE THEFT OF CARGO ROLLING STOCK

The article is devoted to the study of criminologically significant features of the inspection of the scene on the facts of the report of theft from the rolling stock of railway transport. The article considers and analyzes the peculiarities of the inspection of the scene during the consideration of applications and reports of theft of goods from rolling stock, as well as during the pre-trial investigation of these criminal offenses.
