Transcriptome analysis of S. uvarum grown on synthetic wine must with different nitrogen sources: Ammonium, Phenylalanine, Asparagine, or Methionine. This is a dataset for the thesis of Angela Coral (Autumn 2022) , which can be accessed at www.ucc.ie. The work will also be submitted for publication and this will be a supplementary data file.
