Secure strategy management of innovative business processes and capitalization in the agri–food sector in the context of globalization of financial markets

Relevance of the research topic. The study of security strategy for the management of innovative
business processes and capitalization in the agri–food sector in the context of globalization of financial
markets is due to the lack of a single algorithm and model of this process.
Formulation of the problem. Modern conditions of management in the agri–food sphere impose
qualitatively new requirements not only to the owners of capital, land, but also to managers and
employees. This encourages scientists and practitioners to develop common evaluation criteria and
methods for achieving high economic and social performance and optimizing organizational forms of
managing innovative business processes. This is largely due to the implementation of the principles
of security strategy. These facts in the context of globalization of financial markets determine the
relevance of the research topic.
Setting the purpose and objectives of the study – to study secure strategy management of
innovative business processes and capitalization in the agri–food sector in the context of globalization
of financial markets.
Research method or methodology. The historical–logical method is used in the article; method of
systematization, classification and theoretical generalization; method of logical analysis and synthesis.
Presentation of the main material (research results). It is proved that entrepreneurship
in the agri–food sphere is differentiated into several types of activity (business) and is divided into
complexes and subcomplexes. This understanding allows us to talk about agribusiness as an object of
entrepreneurship, and therefore consider it as an independent object of capitalization.
Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practice of enterprises,
institutions and organizations to increase the effectiveness of security strategy projects for the
management of innovative business processes and capitalization in the agri–food sector in the
globalization of financial markets.
Conclusions on the article. It is proved that agrarian business in the context of globalization of
financial markets is a system of relations that leads to a case organized by one or more effective
owners – founders and associate members in the field of agricultural production, processing, sale,
and agroservice, the process of agricultural production for profit provided the organization of safe
activities of the enterprise. The classification of features of agrarian business development into two
groups is carried out: features, the change of which has a positive effect on the change of agrarian
business capitalization; features, the change of which has a negative impact on the change in the
capitalization of agribusiness, which dramatically affects the security strategy of managing innovative
business processes.
