Description
One of the sources of free radicals and other initiators of lipid peroxidation are polymorphonuclear blood leukocytes. Their activation leads to tissue infiltration, inflammation, and a decrease in antioxidant reserves of cells. On a model lipoprotein system, the antioxidant activity of some pharmaceuticals was studied and discovered for the first time. The results obtained expand the range of application of the drug, increase efficiency and reduce the duration of treatment
