5xFAD pickle file is an output of running the PyWGCNA package on 5xFAD mice with matching wildtype in four different time points (4,8,12 and 18 months) on the cortex and hippocampus.

3xTgAD pickle file is an output of running the PyWGCNA package on 3xTgAD mice with matching wildtype in three different time points (4, 12 and 18 months) on the hippocampus.
