Description
The article examines the importance of the introduction of advanced techniques and technologies in recent years in agriculture and horticulture. The study analyzes the complex measures for the cultivation, storage, processing and export of fruits and vegetables in the Republic, the use of advanced technologies of cultivation, modern methods of storage and processing of products and ways to use them in practice. - Maqolada so'nggi yillarda qishloq xojaligi sohasida va mevasabzavot mahsulotlarini yetishtirishda ilgor texika va texnologiyalarni joriy etishning ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida Respublikamizda meva-sabzavot mahsulotlarini yetishtirish, saqlash, qayta ishlash va eksport qilishga qaratilgan kompleks chora-tadbirlar, mahsulot yetishtirishning ilg‘or texnologiyalarini qo‘llash, mahsulotlarni saqlash va qayta ishlashning zamonaviy usullari tahlil qilingan va amaliyotda foydalanish yo'llari asoslangan.
