Description
In order to effectively assess the capabilities of athletes a comprehensive assessment of the physical performance of handball players was conducted in the process of their selection, proper training, development of exercise plans and pharmacological means, which included biochemical analysis and sports-pedagogical testing. Biochemical and sports-pedagogical indicators together clearly reflect the organism's reaction to physical activity. Loads similar to the players' competitive activities were used. A complex assessment of a handball player's ability revealed a deterioration in motor skills after physical exertion. Complex, biologically active supplements were used to support high performance [BCAA, CARBO BOOST and FRESH, MAGNEZIUM, GLUTAMINE, WHEY PROTEIN, OMEGA-3 Fatty acids, D3]. After taking the drugs, the same complex approach allowed us to assess their positive impact on the physical abilities of athletes. Thus, the effectiveness of a versatile, complex assessment of an athlete's performance has been demonstrated, as well as the effectiveness of the use of biologically active food supplements in sports practice.
