OPTIMIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT AT SHIPBUILDING AND SHIP REPAIR PLANTS

The article considers methods of optimization of business process management to improve the performance of shipbuilding and ship repair plants. To eliminate "bottlenecks" in the work of enterprises, it is proposed to redesign business processes through reengineering, which will introduce better quality processes, significantly reduce production costs, increase productivity and reduce production time. As a result of the built management model, changes are possible that will make the activities of shipbuilding and ship repair plants more competitive.
