Description

This dataset contains 4,962 pre-compiled reference epigenomes in 827 cell and tissue types for the CoRE-BED-training dataset in the form of called H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27ac, H3K27me3, CTCF, and DNase-seq BED files aligned to both the hg19 and hg38 human reference genome builds.

We also include genome-wide sets promoter and enhancer predictions generated using the CoRE-BED framework across all 827 CoRE-BED-training and 28 CoRE-BED-test epigenomes.
