  • 1. Université de Ngaoundéré, Cameroun

Description

Notes

The objective of this article is to shed light on the influence of internal communication on the factor of staff productivity such as the involvement, motivation, appreciation and quality of the employee's work. By referring to the main results obtained by internal communication theorists such as Libaert, Bartoli, Dupuy, Mayeur and motivation theorists as Mayo, Maslow, Roussel, Herzberg or Adams among others, we demonstrated that beyond the simple circulation of information, internal communication has a direct impact on several factors of staff productivity such as motivation, involvement, serenity of social climate, transparency, sharing of common values promoting exchange between teams. It is therefore necessary to look for ways and means represented by digital transformation in order to improve internal communication within organizations. This paper also focuses on the obstacles encountered by organizations and enterprises to provide some answers in order to overcome them to the tools digitals. The Cameroonian context is no exception. Organizational communication does not seem to be firmly ingrained in the habits of many managers. As a result, several structures encounter real problems related to the drop in yields, the waste of resources, the inability to mobilize and involve human resources. There is therefore a poor knowledge of the role of each, the weight of hierarchical bureaucracy, withholding of information, excessive centralization, etc. All these evils negatively impact the life of the organization. If the theme of well-being and motivation at work does not seem to have preoccupied managers for a long time, it is now taken very seriously. Vector of explanation, of lighting, of visibility of the options taken by the company or the organization, the communication is a fundamental element of regulation of the relations within the company or the organization.
