Authors/Creators
Description
The loss of vitamin- A in solution may be better controlled if the substrate be previously adjusted with suitable antioxidant. In such a function a hydrogen donating substance plays no special part when the substrate is a natural or synthetic, saturated or unsaturated glyceride or ester. The above hydrogen donating substance has no appreciable antioxygenic function.
