This dataset reports major, trace elements and Sr-Nd isotopic ratios of volcanic rocks from Northern Taiwan Volcanic Zone and Okinawa Trough. The volcanic rocks belong to the subalkaline, tholeiitic and calc-alkaline magma series. Major and trace element compositions of rocks were obtained with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) at ALS Chemex (Guangzhou) Co Ltd. Sr and Nd isotope ratios of volcanic rocks were measured by a Triton XT TIMS (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany) at Pilot National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology (Qingdao).
