THE ASSEMBLY OF THE PEOPLE OF KAZAKHSTAN IS AN EFFECTIVE MODEL OF INTERNATIONAL HARMONY AND UNITY

The article reveals the factors of public consent and unity of the Kazakh people, providing equal opportunities and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as influencing the development of democracy. The authors, considering from the point of view of the historical process the formed model of public consent and unity of the people of Kazakhstan, believe that its theoretical and practical potential can be used as an example for other multi-ethnic societies. The consolidating potential of public consent and unity of the people is one of the pillars of the modernization process, serving as the basis for a holistic system of legal, socio-economic, state and administrative measures aimed at maintaining independence and strengthening Kazakhstani statehood.
