HAK INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM HAK ASASI MANUSIA

Abstract

The right to obtain information has been protected by constitutional protection, where there are legal guarantees in the demands of its enforcement. The process runs fairly, because each party has the right to freedom in seeking, obtaining, storing, receiving, or conveying information through all available channels. The purpose of this research is to find out what legal instruments can be used by the community in order to obtain the right to information. Another purpose of this research is to make the public know how the right to access communication is based on law and human rights. The results of the research show that there are legal instruments that can be used by the public to obtain the right to public information. The government has released regulations that can be proven through the existence of the (Universal Declaration of Human Rights), (International Declaration of Human Rights), (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights), and (Universal Declaration of Human Rights).

Hak memperoleh kabar sudah terlindungi sang proteksi konstitusional, dimana masih ada agunan aturan pada tuntutan penegakannya. Proses tadi berjalan secara adil, karena setiap pihak berhak atas kebebasan pada mencari, memperoleh, menyimpan, menerima, juga mengungkapkan suatu kabar melalui semua saluran yg ada. Penelitian yg dilakukan mempunyai tujuan supaya bisa diketahui instrumen aturan apa yg mampu rakyat manfaatkan supaya bisa diperoleh hak atas kabar. Tujuan lain menurut penelitian ini pun supaya rakyat mengetahui bagaimana hak akses komunikasi yg berjalan menurut aturan dan hak asasi manusia. Hasil menurut penelitian diperoleh bahwa masih ada instrumen aturan yg bisa dimanfaatkan rakyat buat memperoleh hak atas kabar publik. Pemerintah sudah merilis anggaran-anggaran yg bisa dibuktikan melalui adanya UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights), ICCPR (International Declaration of Human Rights), ICCPR (International Kovenan Hak Sipil & Politik), dan UDHR (Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia).
