ANALYSIS OF THE APPLICATION OF POLYMER FLOODING TECHNOLOGY AT THE KALAMKAS FIELD

The technology of application of polymer flooding consists in the fact that a high-molecular chemical reagent - polymer is dissolved in water, which has the ability, even at low concentrations, to significantly increase the viscosity of water, reduce the conductivity of the medium, contributing to the alignment of the displacement front, thereby increasing the coverage of flooding and prolonging the anhydrous period of well operation.
