Imputation and polygenic score performance of human genotyping arrays in diverse populations
Description
This dataset includes:
1. Imputation accuracy of 23 different arrays in various populations:
- AFR
- AMR
- EAS
- EUR
- SAS
2. Summary statistics were used in our study to estimate polygenic scores.
