Description

Dataset containing model output from the PISCES QUOTA model for three experiments performed to explore the impact of global change on the niche and physiology of two explicit marine diazotrophs. The model included diazotroph specific thermal performance curves for growth and elemental use efficiencies (both iron and phosphorus). The experiments were run using the IPCC high emissions RCP8.5 scenario. The explicit diazotroph model for PISCES QUOTA can be found here: https://github.com/lewiswrightson/PISCES-QUOTA-P6Z
