This data is part of the article 'Extention risk of Chinese angiosperms varieties between wood and herb specifications' (doi: 10.1111/ddi.13655). The dataset includes the threatened levels of 14888 Chinese angiosperms and the environmental factors, traits and evolution data affecting their extinction risk. All continuous factors were standardized and centralized. Abbreviations: AP: Annual precipitation; MAT: Mean annual temperature; HFP: Human footprint index; NDVI: Normalized difference vegetation index; TC: Temperature change; PC: Precipitation change.
