These are the phylogenetic analyses output for the GTDB-Tk that was run on the 102 MAGs from the Columbia River Hyporheic Zone. They form part of supplementary material from publication titled "Microbial genome-resolved metaproteomic analyses frame intertwined carbon and nitrogen cycles in river hyporheic sediments".
