Description
Gas chromatography quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry-based metabolomics and data-independent acquisition-based quantitative proteomics methods were used to analyze liver tissues collected from eight healthy multiparous Holstein dairy cows on 21 days before and after calving.
