OHDSI cohort definitions and data analyses
Description
The upload comprises cohort definitions that can be integrated into OHDSI ATLAS and used on a local OMOP data base. The concept set included refer to ICD-10GM codes for diabetes and diabetes related eye-diseases.
Reported feasibility numbers from 3 sites and their analyses are also included as Jupyter Notebook.
