Description
From the aerial parts of Boucerosia aucheriana, C26H54O2 a new wax designated as boucerosin, C70H138O4 and a saponin have been isolated. On hydrolysis, boucerosin furnishes behenic acid, C22H44O2 and 1,26-hexacosanedio.
