Description

In this work we introduce a multi-modal, analysis-ready, space to ground dataset, targeted towards addressing the challenges in monitoring the new CAP. The dataset includes data coming from the domains of space (Sentinel-1/2 satellite acquisitions) and ground (street-level images from Mapillary), while using openly accessible and crowdsourced data. It contains 37,041 parcels in the area around Utrecht in the Netherlands as well as 10,102 street level image patches linked to 2,048 unique parcels. The dominant crop type in this area is Grassland, thus we have focused on Grassland monitoring by assigning labels of Grassland/Non Grassland to each instance.
