Synthesis of Some Derivatives of p-Amino Butyl Benzoates and Terephthalanilide Analogues

Description
Some possible derivatives of p-amino iso-butyl and n-butyl benzoates have been synthesised to evaluate their local anaesthetic and spasmolytic activity. Some terephthalanilide analogues have been also prepared with a view to studying their therapeutic activity against leukaemia.
