КОМУНІКАЦІЯ ЯК ГНУЧКА НАВИЧКА СТУДЕНТІВ

Successful communication as a soft skill is no longer a bonus or an option, but the absolute must for a student, who aspires to a successful career in a society. Communication skills are the ability to express politely and clearly one's thoughts in oral or written dialogue, the ability to listen and hear interlocutors. In the workplace the skills include negotiating, presenting ideas, public speaking, holding the audience's attention, reading non-verbal and verbal signs, the persuasion gift, reporting business correspondence. Oral communication is characterized by the ability to speak clearly and distinctly, to take into account the interlocutors’ characteristics, both in communication with individuals and speaking in front of an audience or a group.
At English lessons in universities, in my opinion, it is necessary to teach students to communicate in such a way that it does not seem like a dry and flash poll: a question – an answer. It is necessary to know which questions you can ask in small talks and which you shouldn't, it is great to show sincerity in your communication. It is important to improve communication skills by practicing discussions or playing role games at lessons with students.
