Notes

This is an updated version of the earlier dataset. We removed the directory "SegmentationResultsMartignano2021". This data was incorrect, and the correct version is now moved to the source code tree at: 10.5281/zenodo.6641763. We also added a new set of files called doubleBarcodeIds, which contains IDs of all reads with two barcodes (see Methods).
