Description
Some 9 : 10-thiopegan derivatives with cyano group in position 2 have been synthesised by the condensation of ethyl anthranilate thiocyanate with α-bromo α-cyano acetophenones, the latter in turn having been obtained by the bromination of α-cyano acetophenones.
