Description

Dopamine Recognition tool (DART) is a plug-in for Fiji developed in collaboration with Dr. James Daniel and Dr Sofia Elizarova. The plug‑in utilizes machine learning to identify dopamine release (hotspots) in neuronal cultures using a dopamine nanosensor 'paint' (AndromeDA) from near infrared videos recorded at 980 nm.
