Holotype. Male. BIOUG05406 -G08, COSTA RICA: Guanacaste: Bosque San Emilio, 10.8438°N, 85.6138°W, 300 m, 16.vii.2012, D. Janzen, Malaise trap [LACM ENT 366307] (MNCR).
