Description

DNA methylation is responsible for gene silencing in various tumour types and is mediated by five DNA methyltransferases (DNMT1, 2, 3a, 3b, 3 L). The purpose of the present study was to explore the expression of DNMTs in borderline and malignant ovarian tumours.
