\(p\)- Diethylaminoanit of phenyiglyoxal forms coloured complexes with several transition and nontransition metal loss. Several complex mixtures have been resolved by Thin layer chromatography. Chromatogram fragments were scrapped and eluted ; concentration of elutes were deduced spectrophotometrically.
