A data-driven approach was taken to reannotate the genome of Kluyveromyces marxianus DMKU-1042. This vastly improves the accuracy of the original annotation and the work is submitted for publication. The data files here make the annotation available to users. The annotation is also available at https://gwips.ucc.ie/.
