Visualisation of gradient flow in the 3D SU(2) Georgi-Glashow model

Visualisation of gradient flow applied to a hot configuration containing ’t Hooft-Polyakov
monopoles and antimonopoles.

Red and blue dots represent positive and negative magnetic monopoles. Isosurfaces of Higgs field expectation value are shown in green and yellow.

Simulation was done on a 64^3 lattice at y = 0.03, x = 0.35 and β = 8.
Flow begins at ξ = 0 a, and ends at ξ = 4.38 a.
