Description
This dataset includes 88 H&E stained whole slide images (WSI) of breast cancer downloaded from TCGA (https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/repository/) with the type of Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE), of which 5 cases have recurrence or metastasis.
