FROM THE NEEDS ANALYSIS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMPREHENSION SUPPORT SYSTEM / DE L'ANALYSE DES BESOINS À LA MISE EN PLACE D'UN SYSTEME D'AIDE À LA COMPREHENSION

This paper emphasizes the comprehension difficulties relating to the technical vocabulary present in the courses for learners of public health- nurses at the National Institute for Higher Paramedical Training.
By following an engineering approach, we tried, first of all, to detect the flaws encountered by these learners when understanding specialized vocabulary and, secondly, to set up a system of assistance to the understanding.
