This is the updated version of FluxRGNN, associated with our papers "Towards detailed and interpretable hybrid modeling of continental-scale bird migration" and "Context-dependent decision-making in migratory birds: The roles of regional climate and preceding weather".

Major changes

• Updated README to match the updated workflow used to generate the results in the papers mentioned above.
• Refactored the FluxRGNN model classes
• Added support for arbitrary tessellations with finer spatial resolution and unobserved cells (for more details see paper)
• Added explainer module to generate contrastive explanations based on Shapley values.
