Microtubule edge detector training dataset

Training data for training models for doing segmentation of edges of the Kymographs obtained by using the Multi Kymograph tool of Fiji. The images were acquired at the Kyushu university by Professor Daisuke INOUE and annotation of the data and training of the segmentation model was done by Varun Kapoor at Kapoorlabs in Paris.
