cell-free fragmentation of urine and plasma samples of bladder cancder

Description

Cell-free DNA of urine and plasma samples (bladder cancer samples and control samples) was whole-genome sequenced. The reads were mapped to the human genome (GRCh37).  Each zip file contains the locations of the mapped fragments of the corresponding sample.
