Description
The software cross-correlation_analysis.ipynb is implementing a new method of patch-clamp data analysis. This method is based on the cross-correlations within the experimental series of dwell-times of channel states.
Other uploaded data are exemplary input files (please, check out the root path before running the code) and the corresponding metadata.
